All prices on the website are listed in DKK and include VAT and all applicable fees unless otherwise stated.
Payment
Payment is made through bank transfer or creditcard payment. The amount will be charged when the booking is confirmed.
Booking and Cancellation
By booking, you accept Ilulissat Stay’s Terms and Conditions.
Cancellations must be made in writing via email to anders.gadeberg@hotmail.com
Cancellations made up to 60 days before arrival will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made later than 60 days before arrival or no-shows will not be refunded.
Right of Withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal when booking accommodation, in accordance with consumer protection rules for services provided on a specific date or period.
Delivery of Services
Ilulissat Stay provides accommodation services, which are delivered physically at the specified address on the agreed dates.
After completing the payment, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the booking details.
